Accessibility statement
The standard we build to, what we have done so far, what still falls short, and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Our commitment
Kaerwell wants every practitioner, brand, and partner to be able to use kaerwell.com, whatever tools they use to browse. We are building the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we review new pages against that standard before they go live.
What we do
- Semantic page structure with one heading order per page and landmarks for navigation, main content, and footer.
- Every interactive element reachable and usable by keyboard, with a visible focus state.
- Text and interface colors that meet WCAG AA contrast, including on buttons and links.
- Descriptive alternative text on informative images, and decorative graphics hidden from assistive technology.
- Layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200 percent zoom without loss of content.
- Animation limited to small transitions, all of which stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Forms with visible labels, clear required markers, and error messages read by screen readers.
Known limitations
Some content on the Site is provided by third parties and may not fully conform: embedded video players, scheduling tools, the help center, and forms hosted by our customer relationship platform. The certificate we publish for our warehouse is a scanned PDF from the certifying body; contact us if you need its contents in another format.
Tell us if something is in your way
If any part of the Site is difficult to use, or you need information from it in another format, email info@kaerwell.com with the page address and what happened. We respond within five business days and fix what we can.
