Questions

Is the store really mine?
Yes. It is built on your Shopify account, under your domain, with your payment processor. If you ever stop using Kaerwell, the store stays with you.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, your branding, and your product list with descriptions and prices. We gather it all in the consultation and build from there.
Are there other costs?
Our fee is one time, with no recurring charges from us. Shopify bills its own plan to your account, and your payment processor charges its usual rates. Two design revisions are included in the build.
Does the store work with Kaerwell fulfillment?
Yes. It is connected during the build, so a patient order flows straight to our warehouse, ships the same day if it arrives before 2 PM ET, and the tracking goes back to the patient.
Do I have to give up my dispensary?
No. Many practices keep the dispensary link right next to the store link and sell their own products from the store.
