Most warehouses will not publish their rates. You ask for a quote, you negotiate, and the rate you get depends on how well you negotiate; first-time 3PL customers usually pay the most. Many lead with a pick fee that looks unusually low, or free, and make it back on the 30 to 40 fees around it and on margin hidden in the shipping rate.

We do not play that game. Our pricing is simple and upfront, on this page, and compared all-in it is usually much cheaper. Shipping is at our deeply discounted rates, which often completely offset the service fee.

What does the $5 per order include?

Everything except postage. There are no receiving fees, no warehousing fees, no pick fees, no packaging fees, no refrigerated item fees, and no hidden fees. Shipping is billed at our deeply discounted carrier rates, which often completely offset the service fee.

Do you work with health professionals or with brands?

Both, and it is the combination that makes us different. We have served practitioners and the brands that supply them for nearly two decades, so we understand patient orders, dispensary links, private label reorders, and what a recall notice means for a practice.

Is there a monthly minimum?

Only a 40-order monthly minimum. There is no setup fee and no deposit.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders received before 2 PM EST ship the same day, anywhere in the world. We do the customs paperwork, so you don’t have to.
