Questions

Do I have to give up my dispensary?
No. Keep it for everything else. Private label the products you recommend most, which carry your margin instead of a share, and sell them from your own store with the link right next to your dispensary link. Patients can use both.
Can I still sell in the office?
Yes. Many practices sell in the office when the patient is there and use their store for reorders and convenience. We ship the store's orders; you never pack a box.
Do I have to stop using the brands I trust?
No. A private label product on Kaerwell Health is the same professional brand and the same formulation. Only the label changes: it carries your practice name instead of the brand's retail label. Many practices carry both.
What does the per-order fee include?
Everything except postage. There are no receiving fees, no warehousing fees, no pick fees, no packaging fees, no refrigerated item fees, and no hidden fees. Shipping is billed at our deeply discounted carrier rates, which often completely offset the service fee.
Is there a monthly minimum?
Only a 40-order monthly minimum.
I do not have an online store. Can I still use Kaerwell?
Yes. Our Shopify build service creates your store and connects it to fulfillment, so patient orders flow straight to us.
How is this different from dropship on Kaerwell Health?
This page covers private label products you source yourself and send to us. If you private label through Kaerwell Health, patient orders of those products ship through our dropship program at $3 per order, all in. You can use both on one account.
