Which stores can connect?
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wix, Magento, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and more than 100 other platforms and marketplaces. Orders flow to us automatically and tracking flows back to your store and your patient. No store? Enter patient orders in your portal and we ship them the same way.
I don't have a store. Can you help me get one?
Yes. We build Shopify stores for practitioners, set up with your private label products and connected to Kaerwell so patient orders ship automatically. Details and pricing are on our Shopify store build page.
I already have a dispensary. How does this work with it?
Keep it. Private label the products you recommend most, which carry your margin instead of a dispensary's, and sell them from your own store with the link right next to your dispensary link. Patients can use both, and the products that carry your name come back to you for every reorder.
Do I have to dropship every order?
No. Any order can ship to your office instead, and you can dropship all of your orders, some of them, or none.
Why is this cheaper than Kaerwell Fulfillment?
Same warehouse, same $5 rate. Kaerwell Health pays $2 of it on every patient order of products you bought there. Products not bought on Kaerwell Health stay on the standard rate card.
Is there a monthly minimum?
No. You pay $3 per patient order and nothing else, as long as your inventory is moving.
Will I pay storage fees?
Not while your inventory is moving. Storage, receiving, and refrigeration are part of the $3, and there is no monthly minimum. Storage fees apply only if your account ships less than half of the inventory you hold with us within a rolling six-month period. Example: you hold 100 bottles in March; ship 50 or more by September and there is nothing to pay. If you fall under that, standard storage fees bill monthly until your inventory is moving again, and your dashboard warns you before any fee starts. If you would rather not hold inventory, we ship it to you at normal fulfillment fees and shipping. Products you sent to Kaerwell Fulfillment yourself stay under your fulfillment agreement's storage terms.
Refrigerated products?
Yes. Refrigerated storage is included at no charge, and so are cold packs on the way out. Nothing extra for cold-chain products.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. We ship whatever is left wherever you want it, at normal fulfillment fees and shipping.
