Overcome dispensary service challenges
Most of the practices you call on sell supplements through an online dispensary service: the practitioner recommends a product, the patient buys it on the dispensary's website, and the practitioner is paid a share. It is easy to start, and it caps the practice from day one.
The store carries the dispensary's name, not the practice's. The dispensary keeps part of every sale and sets the rules on pricing and discounts. The patient becomes the dispensary's customer, and the product on the shelf is the same product the patient can find at any other practice, or online, for less. There is no private label, so there is nothing the practice can offer that only it has.
Kaerwell replaces that model with the practice's own. The practice sells from its own store, on its own domain, at prices it sets, and keeps every dollar of revenue. It private labels the professional brands it already trusts, so patients buy a product with the practice's name on it and reorder it from the practice. We hold the inventory, print and apply the labels, and ship every order from our UL-certified cGMP facility, same day. The practitioner gets control, customization, branding, and profitability, and the rep who showed them the way becomes the one they call.
One private label product keeps the whole sale
A practice does not have to private label every product it recommends. If it private labels even its top 20%, nearly every patient recommendation will include at least one product with the practice's name on it. The patient is not going to two stores for one protocol, so the branded products in that recommendation are bought from the practice's store too. Your products ride along, the practice keeps the entire sale, and the patient reorders all of it from one place.
